After your order is confirmed in the system, the saliva collection kit will be shipped to the address you provided using SF Express within two to three working days.
If you choose to collect saliva at home:
You will receive a saliva collection kit with instructions. Please follow the instructions to collect an adequate amount of saliva to ensure the sample meets the quality standards for testing. For detailed information, please refer to the saliva sampling steps and guidelines.
If you choose to have blood drawn and submit a blood sample at the Hong Kong Health Check Center:
During the order confirmation process, the system will provide available appointment slots at different branches of the Hong Kong Health Screening Center. We will make a reservation for you based on your selected branch and time slot. If the chosen branch or time slot is not available for booking, our customer service representative will contact you to arrange an alternative branch or time slot.
On the day of the scheduled blood draw, please bring your original identification documents to the designated branch of the Hong Kong Health Screening Center for registration. The staff will assist you with the blood draw procedure.
After the blood draw is completed, our staff will collect the blood sample at the Hong Kong Health Screening Center branch and transport it to our laboratory. Please do not attempt to take the blood sample out of the Hong Kong Health Screening Center on your own.
Once our laboratory receives and confirms the quality of your saliva or blood sample meets the testing standards, you will receive an email notification, and you can track the testing progress on this online platform.

You can also track the progress of the testing on this online platform. The estimated time for the report will be counted from the point when the sample meets the testing standards.
- The expected turnaround time for this test is 4 working weeks.
