Libpet Mini (Test Drive Deposit)

In order to provide more personalized design and service, we will make an appointment for you to test drive before the customer confirms the order. The product on this page is a test drive deposit and does not include the LIBPET car price.

If you confirm the purchase after the test drive and successfully place the order, the deposit amount can be deducted from the total vehicle price. Otherwise, the test drive deposit will not be refunded.

After you confirm your order on this page, someone will contact you to schedule a test drive.

 After the test drive, we will provide you with a quote based on your personal needs and/or additional accessories. After you confirm the quote and complete the payment, it is estimated that it will take one month to produce your LIBPET MINI, which will be delivered and installed by LIBPET after completion.

One-year limited warranty from date of delivery, covers free replacement of defective parts and scheduled maintenance within the first year, but excludes damage caused by misuse, personal accident, modification or improper handling, which will incur service charges.

 After the 1-year warranty period, a maintenance service fee of HKD 1,500 will be charged annually.
Repairs or replacements of faulty parts during this period will be quoted separately.
On-site repair service within one working day.

 Repair service charges (per case):

•  (1) Customers need to bring the product to the company’s service center: free of charge.
•  (2) On-site inspection/repair by maintenance personnel (urban area): HKD 1,500.
•  (3) On-site inspection/repair by maintenance personnel (outlying islands): HKD 2,000.
